As the President of the Chicago Radiological Society (CRS), I am honored to welcome you to the 2014-2015 season. Along with the Program Director, Dr. Kenneth Pierce, and the Secretary/Treasurer, Dr. Jonathan Strauss, we anticipate another successful year of programming. Our program this year includes outstanding speakers from numerous subspecialty disciplines, as well as nationally recognized teaching faculty from our local institutions to provide educationally useful lectures and reviews for our trainees and staff radiologists.
I am pleased to follow Dr. Joy Sclamberg in the role as CRS President; Dr. Sclamberg is now the Immediate Past-President. I hope to carry on the Society’s traditions of uniting and educating the Chicago radiological community. Please join us at our meetings and dinners. We look forward to seeing you again if you have attended in the past, and we would like to extend a warm welcome if you are new to the CRS. Please watch the CRS website, www.chi-rad-soc.org, for program details for this upcoming season.
We had a gala celebration of the CRS Centennial in 2013, as the oldest continually meeting radiological society in the United States. We are looking foward to working with the Radiological Society of North America in celebrating their Centennial in 2014. Join us to commemorate this occasion as well.
Thank you very much for your time and attention.
Sincerely,
Alexander J. Nemeth, M.D.
President of the Chicago Radiological Society, 2014-2015
