Join us on October 23rd as we kick off the 2025-2026 CRS Education series with a networking reception. It’s a great opportunity to meet your CRS leadership, attendings from area hospitals and clinics, and residents and fellows from Chicago area programs.
Following the reception, you will hear from the CRS President, Carla Harmath, MD from the University of Chicago and from members of our Resident and Fellow Section. Following opening comments, we will begin our Mentorship Session where residents and fellows will participate in guided discussions on topics including: Choosing a path: Academic vs. private practice; Navigating mentorship; Striking the balance: Work-life integration; Effective personal marketing: Honing your interview skills and CV; and much more!
